Charles “Ricky” Campbell leads Campbell East Properties in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, managing residential and commercial spaces with an emphasis on fair policies, clear communication, and long-term decision-making.
Alongside his work in housing and real estate, Ricky is a co-founder of Children of Men, the nonprofit he started in 2015 with Darford “Dof” Saunders Bay to mentor young people ages 8 to 17 and introduce them to careers in the skilled trades. That same commitment carries into his support for local youth programs and community initiatives.
