Campbell
Ricky Campbell leads Campbell East Properties, overseeing residential and commercial property management and development in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.
In 2015, he co-founded the nonprofit Children of Men with Darford “Dof” Saunders Bay after recognizing a need in the community for young people who lacked a consistent male presence at home. The organization provides mentorship, teaches practical life skills, and introduces participants ages 8 to 17 to the skilled trades.
That work reflects how Campbell East approaches property management: invest in the place, invest in the people, and stay for the long term.
